How to order

To place an order for Normandy 44 Merchandise please email sales@n44.co.uk

You must include the following information to allow us to process the order:

  • Full Name, address, email address and phone number
  • Item Code which is show immediately below item
  • Logo Size (Small over brest) or (Large in Center)
  • Code of Insignia Required
  • Size, Colour and Quantity required
  • How you want to pay… This is either by personal cheque or paypal ONLY and all orders must be paid for in advance.
  • You will receive a confirmation email back including the total amount with shipping and payment details.
  • Items will be shipped once payment has been received and cleared. Shipping will be on an insured sign for basis with no exceptions.

Terms of Sale
All orders are subject to stock availability.
All orders will be confirmed prior to payment being requested.
Orders will be dealt with as quickly as possible but due to group events there may be delays in response and dispatch. Notifications of any such delays will be posted on www.n44.co.uk where possible.
Loss or damage of goods in transit is not the responsibility of Normandy 44 Re-Enactment Association nor its members, any claims for loss or damage should be handled through the courier service. We will assist with such claims by providing relevant dispatch and tracking details but are unable to compensate for such issues.
Any correspondence regarding returns of items MUST begin within 7 days of receipt and only standard un-worn items maybe returned. With the exception of Baseball caps which are excluded from this policy and cannot be returned once dispatched due to hygiene reasons.
